I can't find the product information

Product information shows an error when creating your case. How can I submit my case?

Solution

1.Check Supplier’s Guide: First, check the supplier’s guide on the format they use.

2.Proceed with Incorrect Data:

•If the data is correct but not found, click “I can’t find my style number”.

•Click “OK” on the pop-up screen to proceed.

•This allows you to submit a case with incorrect data.

3.Supplier Notification:

•Your supplier will be notified that the data might be insufficient.

•They will double-check the data before accepting the case.
