      How to Customize Emails

      With Claimlane Advanced you can customize e-mails using html.

      1. Go to Company Dashboard


      2. Go to Email Templates


      3. Edit the templates



      4. If you want to see what the e-mail looks like, you can copy the HTML into a viewer. For example: https://html.onlineviewer.net/

      5. Remember to save, when you have made the changes.
