How to Archive or Unarchive Tickets

How do I archive or unarchive tickets?
Solution:
Archiving tickets helps clean up your inbox and allows you to focus on open cases only.
To Archive Tickets:
- Navigate to Inbox:
- Go to your inbox.
- Select Ticket:
- Choose the ticket you want to archive.
- Archive Ticket:
- Click on Archive (1).
- Click on Archive (1).
You have now successfully archived your ticket.
To Unarchive Tickets:
- View Archived Tickets:
- From your inbox, find and click on View archived tickets (2).
- Select Ticket:
- Locate the ticket you want to unarchive and click on it.
- Unarchive Ticket:
- Click on Unarchive (3).
- Click on Unarchive (3).
Now, the ticket will be located back in the inbox again.
